Jen earned her Master of Geography and Master of Regional Planning, both from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.

Jen's areas of expertise include characterization and assessment of watershed using spatial and statistical information, GIS application in watershed and water quality protection.

Jen currently is responsible for developing characterization and assessment reports for several watershed areas, spatial data creation, development, update and analysis related to watershed protection projects and environmental planning projects.

Jen is involved in every project in the Watershed Protection Programs Division developing spatial and statistical data and reports regarding watershed management, water quality and quantity protecion.
