What's New in the Raritan Basin


 

Size & Location:  The Millstone WMA is 285 square miles.

Located in Central New Jersey, the WMA is surrounded by the North & South Branch to the northwest, the Lower Raritan to the east, the Barnegat Bay watersheds and the Crosswick Creek to the south and the Central Delaware Tributaries to the southwest.

 

Major Waterways:  Millstone River, Stony Brook, Beden Brook, Cranbury Brook, Devil's Brook

 

Major Highways:  The New Jersey Turnpike, US Highways 1, 130 & 206, State Routes 27 & 33

 

Counties:  Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset
