What's New in the Raritan Basin


 

Size & Location:  The North and South Branch Raritan WMA is 468 square miles. 

Located in Central New Jersey, the WMA is surrounded by the Upper Delaware to the northwest, the Upper Passaic to the northeast, the Millstone and Lower Raritan to the east and the Central Delaware Tributaries to the west.

 

Major Waterways:  North & South Branches of the Raritan River, Neshanic River, Spruce Run, Lamington River

 

Major Highways:  Interstate 78, US Highways 22, 202 & 206, State Route 31

 

CountiesMorris, Hunterdon, Somerset
