Associate Naturalists

The Upper Raritan Watershed Association is looking for on-call Associate Naturalists to assist with our Environmental Education programs including school field trips, scout badge programs, adult education walks and family programs.  Programs take place after school, evenings, weekdays or weekends.  Naturalists will be scheduled to assist with programs on a per-need basis, according to their interest and availability.  Training and orientation to the property will be provided.  Associate Naturalists should be comfortable sharing their area of interest in an outdoor setting.  Teaching experience helps but is not mandatory.  Please specify if you have an expertise or interest in a specific area.  URWA offers a stipend for time and travel.  Please contact Melissa Almendinger if you are interested.  (908) 234-1852 x13 or melissa@urwa.org
