NJAFM Honors Hoffman Park Project

The NJ Association for Floodplain Management honored the NJ Water Supply Authority’s (NJWSA) Hoffman Park Stream Restoration Project at their October 2006 conference.  Mark Mauriello, NJAFM President,   presented NJWSA with the “Outstanding Floodplain Management Award for exemplary vision and realization of the Hoffman Park Stream Restoration Project”.   Henry Patterson, Executive Director,  Dan Van Abs, Director of Watershed Programs, and Kathy Hale, Senior Watershed Protection Specialist, accepted the award on behalf of NJWSA, along with Jennifer Brunton and Donald Stevens from the Louis Berger Group, who served as design engineers and provided construction management.  Vollers Excavating and Construction served as the contractor for the project.  NJWSA thanks NJAFM for this great honor!
